Shipping & Return Policy Guide

Return Process

All returns are free within 14 days of delivery within the United States; excludes earrings and clearance.

To return a product, please contact support@fashionyoup.com to receive a shipping email with a printable return label attached.

Print out the return label and attach it to the package you wish to return.

Return labels dated after the initial 14 days may not qualify for a free return. Earrings do not qualify for returns.

Packaging

Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. Shoes must be returned with the shoebox.

If you do not have the original packaging, please print the email with your return confirmation number and include it in your shipping box.

All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received.

Merchandise returned without the original security tag attached or a damaged tags may not qualify for a refund.

Processing

Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment.

Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

If you ship your items using the U.S. Postal Service, the first confirmation notice you receive indicates your package has arrived at the post office near its destination. It can take around two weeks for your return package to reach us and be processed by our returns team. We assure you that all returns will be processed and completed within 1 week of reaching our warehouse if they meet the above conditions. You will be notified by email once your refund has been applied. Once your package arrives at our warehouse your return will begin processing.

If you ship your items using FedEx, your package will be delivered directly to our warehouse, which will result in faster processing time and a quicker refund. The refund will be applied to the credit card or other methods of payment initially used to make the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be reflected on your statement if you used a credit card (up to 30 days for internationally-issued cards).

Final Sale

Clearance items, Gift cards, and earrings (For sanitary reasons) cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. If any of the above-mentioned items are returned, no refund or exchange will be processed, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping charges that go into recovering the merchandise.

Refused Packages

An order that is unclaimed or refused will be charged the original shipping plus the return shipping it takes for the package to get back to our facility. You will be also responsible for duties, taxes and other customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

Shipping

 

Unless you opted not to receive it, we will send you an email confirmation after your order is submitted. You will also get a shipping confirmation email when your package is sent out.

Orders with Ground Shipping can take 24-48 hours to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 11:00 AM PST (2:00 PM EST) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Standard Shipping is $6.95, and orders over $50 shipped within the Continental United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping. Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically shipped within 24-48 hours and arrive in 4 to 9 business days. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders may not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

We offer Expedited Shipping options! Expedited Shipping is only valid for orders shipped within the Continental United States.

Standard Shipping Is Assessed An Additional $4 Handling Charge

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 hours, and Standard Shipping orders arrive in 4 to 9 business days. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped to track your package. For orders shipped outside of the continental United States please allow 8-21 business days for delivery.

Expedited orders will arrive within the number of business days designated by your shipping selection. To determine shipping days, begin with the first business day after your order is shipped. Orders placed before 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped the following day.

For example, a 2 Day Shipping order placed on Monday after 11 AM PST (2 PM EST) will be processed and shipped out on Tuesday. Wednesday will be the first day of shipping, and it will arrive on the 2nd day, Thursday. Do you ship to PO Box?

We ship to APO/FPO and PO Boxes with standard shipping for $6.95 Delivery time to APO/FPO and PO Boxes varies and is generally longer than our Standard Ground Shipping. Please contact our customer service department at 213 406 9156 or support@fashionyouup.com with your request, and they will be able to assist you in placing your order.

Orders to Canada are shipped via United States Postal Service and Canada Post. Delivery dates for expedited orders cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays in customs. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective government and are not shipping charges from FashionYouUp.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are shipped via United States Postal Service and can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive. Expedited shipping is not available for international orders other than those shipping to Canada. Please note that some countries will impose additional tariffs on items shipped from abroad. The customer is responsible for any country-specific tariffs and duties. These nation-specific duties are added by your respective government and are not shipping charges from FashionYouUp. Some orders (predominantly those with large quantities of shoes) may warrant additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number. Tracking will be available the day after your order is shipped out. You will be provided an estimated delivery date when you track the package at USPS Tracking Website you can view the progress by tracking your package at usps.com

Taxes and Duties for international shipping:

Customers are responsible for paying all duties, taxes and other fees which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination. Duties on goods can widely vary, depending on the product and the country it was manufactured in. Other charges and duties may also apply, depending on the items. Duty fee will not be refunded on any type of returns. For more information, please contact your local customs office. All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the method of payment accepted for the duties, taxes and other fees collected upon delivery.

 

Restriction

Orders shipping to international addresses have a maximum merchandise sub-total purchase amount limit of $1000 or maximum purchase items limit of 20 items per order, whichever comes first.

You are responsible for any tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials. Some orders may be assigned additional shipping charges due to weight and size limitations. This offer only applies to standard shipping, which generally takes 9-21 business days. This offer may be canceled at any time. Free international shipping is not valid in the US, U.S. based territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
